Humana: Senior Learning Design Professional – MarketPoint (2019 to current)

  • ADA: led efforts to create an accessibility standard for learner’s visual and audio needs; shared lessons learned with other teams.
  • All-in-one: designed and created all-in-one PowerPoint which is a single file used as a facilitator guide, participant guide, video slides, and webinar presentation with scripting; updated revisions in one file and not multiple files.
  • Core content: re-designed comprehensive annual content (Group Medicare) to launch (a) core, foundational content to new hires and (b) annual updates to existing incumbents and new hires; customized graphics using PowerPoint advanced functionality to include cell phone, icons, avatars, and road map.
